SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Currently, we ship nationwide in Malaysia. We do not deliver to any PO Box address. We can only deliver to one address per order. For any order outside of Malaysia, please email us at email@example.com for further enquiry.
All orders above RM100 in a single order can enjoy free delivery charge (only applicable to Malaysia). For orders less than RM100, there will be a flat rate delivery charge of RM10.
We aim to dispatch all orders within the next 2 working days (Mon – Fri excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders received on weekend will be processed on Monday. However, please allow a maximum estimate of 7 working days for your order to be shipped out. Once the parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number. If you are a registered member, you can log in to your account to track the status of your order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally inevitable, and we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not heard from us after a week of ordering or you have not received your parcel. Likewise, we will get in touch should there be any delay/problem associated with your order.
